*Work hours may be 7am-3:30pm or 1pm-9:30pm. Position requires flexibility in work schedule.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for hotel guestroom preventative maintenance and assists in the repair and maintenance of hotel equipment. Responds to calls to resolve guest problems and safety issues. May require a specialty in a specific building trade (electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, proficiency with HVAC, etc) and a foundational knowledge of general maintenance. Position requires excellent guest service skills and must be available to work flexible schedule. Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience with HVAC and a minimum of a High School Diploma.
