Description: Planning, management and reporting of clinical studies conducted by Global Development through oversight of cross-functional study activities, identification and resolution of issues, and communication of study time lines/deliverables; Planning and tracking US country level performance, and managing issues related to execution; Ensuring implementation of study() in accordance with SOPs and ICH/GCP guidelines; Contributing to study concept documents, protocols, clinical study reports; Management of study budget, time lines and in sourcing/outsourcing partners to the required standards; Line-management responsibilities of Associates and Sr Associates GSM (where relevant); and Mentoring, training and career development of staff.
